One great things to come out of the Cambridge Food and Garden Festival was the produce we bought. We got some delicious locally made Apple juice. We bought a selection of yummy chocolate fudges. And we also bought some beautiful wild mushrooms.
Combine these ingredients with a fresh loaf of sourdough and a Jaime Olvier recipe, and we have a top notch Sunday lunch.
I’ve been getting quite into trying different recipes from the Jamie cookbooks because I can actually buy the *specific* ingredients he lists (wild muchrooms, haddock, etc).
Lemon juice, some herbs, and a knob of butter.
Voila!
